TEN45 stores settings and set history on your iPhone. There is no web account to recover.
TEN45 is a general wellness timer. For pain, injury, or medical questions, talk to a qualified professional.
Email contact@xyklabs.com for help with TEN45. Screenshots are useful when something looks wrong, but avoid sending sensitive information you do not want included in the support conversation.
If you are reporting a bug, include what you expected, what happened, and whether the issue happens every time or only sometimes.
TEN45 is intentionally quiet. The current app does not use notifications or sounds; the countdown lives in the app and widgets.
Open TEN45 once to refresh app state. If a widget still looks stale, remove and add it again from the Home Screen or Lock Screen. Widget refresh timing is controlled by iOS and may not update every second.
TEN45 keeps set history locally on your iPhone. Deleting the app, resetting progress, erasing your device, or restoring from an older backup may remove or replace local history.
Reps are saved with each logged set, so changing reps only affects future squat totals. Daily target is live, so changing it can re-score past days and streaks.
TEN45 does not require an account and does not use ads or cross-app tracking. Read the Privacy Policy for more detail, or email contact@xyklabs.com.
TEN45 is a wellness timer, not medical advice. Stop if you feel pain, dizziness, chest pain, shortness of breath, instability, or unusual discomfort. Use your own judgment and ask a qualified professional if you are unsure whether squats are appropriate for you.
